System Engineer Hybrid Infrastructure (File Services)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and maintain the Ctera and DFS environments, ensuring high availability and performance
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve system reliability
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding file services and storage solutions
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to file service solutions and other infrastructure technologies (e.g. virtualization, storage)
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Monitoring and analysis of system performance to identify optimization potential

Come prepared

We expect you have:

• Strong knowledge of File Services, DFS and Ctera with hands-on experience in managing these systems
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and infrastructure management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated expertise in scripting and automation tools, such as Ansible, PowerShell, and Python
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems and various storage solutions and technologies
• File System Permissions Management knowledge
• Knowledge of networking concepts and storage solutions
• Never satisfied with the status quo, always eager to learn
• Strong collaboration mindset and commitment to your team
• Self-organized and solution-oriented work in internationally distributed teams and good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 2500 – 3500 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
