Your challenge

We are on the eve of international expansion into markets such as the UK and US. This brings complex issues of scalability, compliance and multi-region infrastructure. We are building a platform that functions smoothly across multiple countries, languages and legislations. And for that, we need you!

You will work in a cross-functional product team in which engineers, product managers, designers and analysts work closely together. Within your team, you get a lot of autonomy and the chance to make an impact.

What will you do?

• - Actively contribute to the technical roadmap, code reviews and our way of working.
• - Collaborate with designers to localise the existing front-end and develop and test new features.
• - Develop smart automations for onboarding processes so that professionals worldwide quickly find relevant assignments.
• - Working with AWS, Docker and event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ) to deliver a robust platform that meets international security, compliance and performance standards.

Wat wij verwachten van jou

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a full-stack developer.
• Backend: Java 18 with Spring Boot Framework and Hibernate.
• Frontend: Angular (17+) and experience with component libraries (e.g. Tailwind, Prime, Radix).
• APIs and integration: Experience with RESTful APIs in combination with Spring Boot.
• You must be resident in the netherlands and licensed to work here and able to work Hybrid at our office in hoofddorp.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Extreme Programming (XP) and Elasticsearch.
