ABOUT THE TEAM:

• We work in a Kanban + ShapeUp style, our engineers are product engineers - the main focus of a PM is to do the upfront research, present specific problems to solve, and help guide the solution to ensure it matches the product vision and fundamentally solves the problem
• We are data-informed, not driven. We make sure that our data is correct so we can make business decisions, but we also complement this with continuous user discovery which we do in different formats - mainly interviews and some seller visits
  
  

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has some product management experience already
• Can uncover problems by looking at both data and understanding customers deeply
• Can collaborate with engineers + designers, but also with stakeholders in other departments
• Has the ability to simplify complex topics and execute iteratively
• Is curious - tries to consistently understand the why behind fundamentals
• (Nice to have) Has previous marketplace experience
