Visual Designer

Neon EVM is a high-performance, open-source platform that enables developers to launch Ethereum-compatible decentralized applications on the Solana blockchain. By leveraging Ethereum's programming languages and tools, we help developers unlock higher performance and new opportunities with minimal code adjustments.

We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our Marketing Team and help define and enhance our brand’s visual identity across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is crypto-native, deeply understands blockchain culture, and has strong expertise in graphic design, animation, and video editing. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, marketing materials, and digital campaigns, helping to shape Neon EVM’s visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create simple animations and motion graphics to enhance digital assets.
• Edit and enhance video content for social media and promotional materials.
• Work with 3D graphics and create simple 3D animations for marketing and brand materials.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual language and brand aesthetics across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Stay up to date with crypto trends and community aesthetics to create relevant and engaging content.
  
  

Requirements

• Crypto-native mindset – you understand blockchain culture, industry trends, and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in animation and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, preferably within the crypto/Web3 space.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
