Your goal: Lead and coordinate game development projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.

Your task: Oversee project timelines, manage internal and external teams, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

🧑‍💻 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the preparation, planning, coordination, and management of game development through all stages, according to the project plan and strategic goals.
• Manage and oversee various internal projects such as new game development, improvement of existing games, update of software, etc.
• Ensure projects are successfully delivered on time, meeting quality standards, and staying within the budget.
• Provide clear operational leadership to the internal team and external members, ensuring everyone understands and achieves the project objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of game development and delivery, localize the requirements for different territories.
• Work on other company projects within the project management domain.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Plan and coordinate daily tasks and allocate workloads within the team.
• Ensure continuous progress and improvement of the established processes.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous process improvement.

🎯 ARE WE A MATCH?

• 2+ years of experience in successfully leading and delivering software development projects with full accountability for outcomes.
• Experience working in Waterfall methodology.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Big plus if you have experience in iGaming.
