Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to join our team in Ljubljana. This role requires an experienced professional who can provide end-to-end network support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our network infrastructure. This is an onsite position, and fluency in English is a must.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Slovenian (additional language skills are a plus).
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar hands-on role.
• Strong technical expertise in networking, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and provide support when needed.
• Must be able to work onsite in Ljubljana.

Responsibilities:

• Provide network engineering support, including troubleshooting and configuration of network hardware and software.
• Monitor and manage network performance to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist with network setup, installation, and configurations.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize network performance and ensure seamless connectivity.
• Conduct tests and evaluations of existing network systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain network security and compliance with company standards.
• Contribute to ongoing network improvement initiatives and projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in incident management and network troubleshooting activities.
• Work closely with vendors and various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution.
