The main objective of this role is to design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that deliver seamless user experiences. Using the latest iOS frameworks and technologies, the role involves building scalable and performant mobile solutions, ensuring compatibility across Apple devices, and aligning with the company’s technical and business objectives.

As a Senior iOS Developer, the goal is to deliver efficient, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications that enhance customer engagement and directly contribute to the success of the company’s digital strategy.

• Designing and developing robust, scalable, and intuitive iOS applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
• Keeping up-to-date with iOS development trends and integrating best practices into projects.
• Debugging and solving complex issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Proposes and consults with the manager on the functionalities that will be developed and the technical solutions that will be implemented
• Ensures that the projects that he manages from the areas of responsibility are carried out and implemented according to the plan
• Consult with the focal point related to each system on the technical solution, agree with the manager on the solution to be implemented
• It is ensured that all the proposed solutions are in line with the global and local architecture of the systems with the technical opinion of those in charge of the systems and the technical architecture
• Organizes and monitors performance of functionality tests , and ensures that they are in line with business requirements.
• Obtain acceptance from the business for the developed functionalities (development acceptance)
• Provides support by processing support requests and incidents raised by end users, for those tickets that require skills and extensive knowledge of business processes, following the SLAs established by categories of requests or incidents
• He is actively involved in building strategies and development plans for the following years
• Contributes to the annual budgeting process by collecting business needs, and benefits and estimating the effort required for implementation
• Is actively involved in sharing good practices and accumulated experience with teammates and newcomers to the team
• Works actively and communicates effectively with colleagues and department management
• Actively participates in the project teams in which he is assigned, contributing and collaborating with the rest of the team to solve the project activities following the project plans
• Actively documents and is up to date with the latest trends in IT architecture, automation, system upgrades, trends in the area of ​responsibility
• He is actively involved in other tasks assigned by the Manager directly from the areas of IT and business processes
• Guides and coordinates the activity of the interns within the department, as a guide
• Prepares the evaluation report of the intern at the end of the internship program

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Extensive experience (5-7+ years) in iOS development with Swift and Objective-C.
• Strong understanding of Apple’s frameworks and tools (UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Solid knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Familiar with the project management procedure (GANT, RACI)

• Familiar with the steps required to configure the user interfaces for the systems to which he is assigned
• Good English knowledge (upper intermediate level).
