Cyber Security Project Manager / Service Owner

The Role

Herzum is looking for a highly experienced Cyber Security Project Manager/Service Owner to join our team and support one of our Clients. The Risk & Security department is responsible for the Cyber Security Services team, which manages the operation and further development of IT security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as Service Owner.
• Incident & Problem Management (coordination and escalation).
• Planning and coordination of internal tasks and service processing.
• Tracking operational security topics.
• Provider management.
• Acting as Deputy Team Lead and assisting with recruitment.
• Supporting ongoing and new projects.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Owner and Team Leader (strong leadership skills).
• Expertise in Cyber Security Services and Information Security.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security infrastructures.
• ITIL and Project Management experience.
• Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English with the ability to communicate professionally (mandatory).
  
  
  

Additional Information:

• Location: Basel, Switzerland.
• Work mode: 80% onsite in Basel, 20% remote (depending on project phase).
• Remote work restriction: Remote work outside of Switzerland is not permitted due to internal regulations.
• Swiss residents: Debt enforcement and criminal records required.
