Our client is major international company located in Geneva.

Job Description

The Consolidation and reporting Senior Manager we are looking for will be responsible to provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis of group results and produce consolidated financial statements.

As primary point of contact for group subsidiaries, your mission will be to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial results and management information that support decision-making across the business in accordance with group guidelines.

This will include :

• Lead the group consolidation process, including review of the subsidiary reporting packages to ensure a high level of financial data quality
• Support the maintenance, update and enhancement of the consolidation and reporting systems, including roll-out to group entities
• Participate in the preparation of periodic consolidated group financial statements and any related filings with regulatory bodies
• Prepare key financial analysis for group purposes
• Liaise with other group functions (tax, legal, treasury...) as part of reporting activities
• Support group entities with statutory compliance and reporting where necessary
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The Consolidation and reporting Senior Manager we need will bring the following background and qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an international matrix organization
• A bachelor's / master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience of consolidation in an international group
• Strong analytical skills
• High level of reliability and personal integrity
• Some working knowledge of best-in-class consolidation and reporting software
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
