As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing performance by managing data pipelines, transforming raw data into valuable insights, and building high-impact dashboards. You’ll work closely with their UA team to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within marketing, digital advertising, or performance-driven environments.
- Expertise in SQL (BigQuery) and/or Python/R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Improvado (UI-based data extraction).
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools for data management and automation.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience with Adjust, Appsflyer, GA4, Ad Networks
- Fluent in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Bonus Points:
- Other languages are a plus.
- Experience in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or A/B testing.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Cleaning & Preparation – Process and clean large datasets using Google BigQuery (SQL), Python, or other tools to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Data Extraction – Work with Improvado (UI-based extraction) to pull marketing performance data efficiently.
- Data Transformation – Leverage Google BigQuery (SQL) for advanced data modeling, transformations, and aggregations.
- Data Visualization – Design interactive dashboards in Tableau to communicate insights and drive decision-making.
- Tooling & Infrastructure – Utilize Google Cloud, Python, and R for advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modeling.
- Data Analysis & Insights – Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing performance.
- Collaboration – Work closely with performance marketers, clients and stakeholders to define KPIs and improve reporting frameworks.
