Job Mission:

At Piab – A brand by Piab Group, we drive automation forward, ensuring efficiency, safety, and minimal resource waste through innovative gripping and moving solutions. As a Content Design Specialist for the Vacuum Automation Division, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing assets that support strategic commercial initiatives.

Reporting to the Global Product Marketing Manager Vacuum Automation Division, you will collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to create compelling content for print and digital platforms, enhancing brand visibility across B2B channels. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing impactful product launches and campaigns for our key brands, including Piab, Kenos and others, aligning with corporate strategies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Divisional Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Global Marketing teams and create compelling, state-of-the-art content globally, securing its implementation and consistency across all markets and touchpoints.
• Develop engaging print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, animations, 3D images, CGIs, photos and videos (storyboards, shooting, editing and postproduction), for product launches, commercial initiatives, and strategic trade shows.
• Ensure marketing assets effectively capture and highlight product benefits, selling points, and divisional key messaging in an attractive and strategic manner.
• Maintain brand consistency by aligning all content with corporate values and brand guidelines.
• Enhance customer experience through strong visual storytelling, focusing on key touchpoints, customer journeys, and data-driven insights.
• Work closely with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to develop benefit-driven visual messaging and value propositions.
• Transfer customer-centric content to digital platforms like piab.com, improving user experience and driving conversions.
• Support Marketing Specialists in various markets in their local activations and initiatives ensuring their content is relevant, targeted and on brand.
• Align with the divisional team on objectives and take ownership for quality assurance of global commercial projects.
• Support the Vacuum Automation Division in Piab Group-wide initiatives.

Skills and Abilities:

• Expertise in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate, etc.).
• Proficiency in 3D design programs, preferably KeyShot or similar.
• Passion for digital content creation, continuously innovating to produce fresh, engaging, and action-driven designs.
• Ability to translate technical details into compelling, customer-focused designs and artworks.
• Excellent planning and project management skills to ensure flawless execution.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience and Educational Background:

• 3+ years of experience in content creation.
• Proficiency in 3D software, preferably KeyShot or similar (mandatory).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. (mandatory)
• Expertise in creating renderings, animations, and digital/printed assets.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Optimizely.
• Familiarity with PIM systems like InRiver.
• Knowledge of photography and video production, including postproduction and editing (preferred).
• Tech-savvy with strong adaptability to emerging tools and trends.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience in the technology sector and a solid understanding of common technologies (preferred).
• Experience working in a global organization and international marketing team (preferred).
