Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist
Summary Of The Role
We are looking for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist to join our team on a 9-month temporary contract as a parental leave cover. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to global DEI initiatives, including curating and managing DEI trainings, supporting ERGs, and enhancing internal DEI communication. You will also play a key role in policy updates, compliance reporting, and strategy development while providing DEI advisory to HR and employees.

Summary Of The Role
We are looking for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist to join our team on a 9-month temporary contract as a parental leave cover. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to global DEI initiatives, including curating and managing DEI trainings, supporting ERGs, and enhancing internal DEI communication. You will also play a key role in policy updates, compliance reporting, and strategy development while providing DEI advisory to HR and employees.
In this role, you’ll have a chance to;
- Manage global DEI trainings – Select, curate, organize, and promote DEI programs, while coordinating with training vendors, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
- Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) – Facilitate listening sessions and provide guidance to strengthen ERG initiatives.
- Enhance internal DEI communication – Update and maintain DEI-related messaging across the organization.
- Conduct best practice research and benchmarking – Identify industry trends, analyze data, and prepare executive presentations.
- Contribute to compliance and annual reporting – Gather, draft, and refine DEI-related content for official reports.
- Review and update HR policies and processes – Support the development of DEI-focused policies, strategies, and targets.
- Provide DEI advisory – Offer guidance and support to HR and employees on DEI initiatives.
- Coordinate DEI networks – Organize and lead meetings with local/regional DEI leads and DEI champions.
- Deliver live DEI training sessions – Conduct interactive DEI sessions, with internal support available for proficiency development.
- Have experience in a corporate or organizational setting
- Feel comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
- Have experience with MS Office 360 tools
- Enjoy writing and creating engaging content
- Have experience or interest in facilitating presentations, both online and in person
- Bring knowledge or experience in areas like HR, management consultancy, communications, sustainability, or legal—or have a strong willingness to grow in these fields
- Have experience working with Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- A valid work and residency permit in Sweden
- A university degree or relevant experience that has prepared you for this role
