We are now looking for a talent who will join SEB in Poland as HR Generalist! You will report to Head of HR in Poland and closely cooperate with HR Administration Team.

We are now looking for a talent who will join SEB in Poland as HR Generalist! You will report to Head of HR in Poland and closely cooperate with HR Administration Team.
In this role you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees.
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR regulations, policies, practices, and procedures.
- Register employees' benefits (medical care, life insurance, sport card etc.).
- Collaborate with the external payroll provider to manage employee data, ensure proper payroll input, and oversee HR administration.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain employment contracts, civil law contracts, and related documentation.
- Update regular HR reports.
- Co-organize onboarding for our new employees.
- Provide support for selected recruitment activities and contribute to the implementation of HR and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Higher education degree.
- In-depth knowledge of Polish labour law.
- Familiarity with payroll processes, social security regulations, and personal income tax, backed by prior experience or general knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and fluent level of Polish.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration.
- Interest in HR BP/ HR Advisor role in the future.
- Flexibility & openness to change.
