We're looking for a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team!

What you'll be doing:

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Performing full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation

Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management

Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation

What you'll be doing:

Bachelors or master’s degree of relevant universities

Have at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment; performance management; employee engagement and employee relations.

The ability to understand business priorities and translate them into a talent strategy that supports the business as it grows.

Willing to work in a high paced environment.

Successful management of competing priorities, taking initiative, and driving projects to completion in a timely and accurate manner.

Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
