📌 Responsibilities and Duties 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, specializing in IT roles, and develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure backup plans for key positions.
• Oversee onboarding programs to help new employees integrate into the company culture.
• Handle payroll processes, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and collaborating with the accounting team for month-end calculations.
• Lead performance evaluation processes, guiding managers in improving employee performance.
• Organize culture-building activities, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, managing contracts, benefits, terminations, and SGK processes.
• Continuously update HR policies in line with legal regulations and best practices.

📌 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in the HR field,
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of IT recruitment experience, including software development and technical roles.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and manage interview processes.
• Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing and reporting recruitment metrics.
• Fluent in English, with experience accessing global talent pools.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, Agile environments, with familiarity in the startup and tech ecosystem.
