Business Analysis Process Design Team Member (Robotic Process Automation)

We are looking for Business Analysis & Process Design Team Member (RPA) for Process Automation Services team in our Digital Products & Services Organization. Location is based on Istanbul (Sancaktepe) or Kocaeli (Gölcük) which is your choice with hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a business analyst in software development projects and uses Ford Otosan IT Software Development Methodologies and Processes

• Designs business processes, carrying out required functional and technical analysis based on business needs and demands

• Searches for the ways to increase productivity by reassessing business processes that affects various functions.

• Ensures coordination of business requirements and functional requirements by working closely with development teams throughout the software development process.

• Performs functional tests and responsible for user acceptance tests

• Project management in the projects for which s/he is responsible for.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer / Software Engineering or relevant areas,

• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in information technology

• Expertise on designing, developing and implementing complex solutions to business, problems ensuring appropriate design, solution integrity and quality are maintained,

• Performs the end-to-end RPA cycle, including assess, identify and understand business needs to complete various technical projects, enhancements and modification initiatives,

• Experience in Automation Tools (Blueprism, UIPath, etc)

• Develops integrated solutions with new generation automation technologies (such as OCR, Chatbot, AI).

• Develops integrated solutions with new generation workflow technologies

• Experience in Automation Tools (EBA, M - files etc)

• Ability to work in an Agile Environment

• Strong written and verbal communication and coordination skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

• Committed to continuous technical learning and personal development of self and others

• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude

• Effective team player to collaborate with other people in different projects

• Advanced level of English
