About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Designer / Multidisciplinary Designer to join a leading Independent Led - Creative Advertising Agency in the MENA region. The ideal candidate must have a stable career history and experience working in top-tier creative agencies in the region. Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Conceptualize & Execute: Develop visually striking designs across digital, social, print, branding, and motion graphics that align with brand strategies.

📱 Digital & Interactive: Design user-centric digital experiences, including web, app, social media, and display ads that drive engagement.

📢 Branding & Campaigns: Work closely with creative teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns with high visual impact.

🎥 Motion & Animation: Create basic animations, GIFs, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

🖌️ Typography & Layouts: Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, typography best practices, and strong composition.

🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and creative directors to bring ideas to life.

📊 Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, digital innovations, and emerging technologies to push creative boundaries.

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of experience in a top creative advertising agency in the MENA region.

✅ Proven stability in previous roles with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform designs.

✅ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).

✅ Strong experience in digital design, social media content, UI/UX principles, and branding.

✅ Basic motion graphics & animation skills are a plus.

✅ Excellent eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through visuals.

✅ Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while meeting deadlines.

✅ Passionate about advertising, creativity, and innovation in design.
