Monitoring And Evaluation Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior design projects.
• Evaluate and manage material costs while ensuring budget compliance.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide cost-saving recommendations.
• Ensure all materials comply with quality standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports and financial statements related to interior works.
• Assist in contract negotiations and variations assessment.
• Support project managers in tracking financial progress and forecasting budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in real estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of interior design materials and fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in costing software and MS Excel.
