Community Manager - Blockchain

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Community Manager to develop and grow our community across social media, forums, and other platforms. You will play a crucial role in educating, engaging, and building relationships with our users and followers, while also collecting valuable feedback to shape our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Build, manage, and engage a vibrant community across platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), Reddit, and specialized blockchain forums.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging, relevant, and educational content that keeps our community informed and excited about our projects.
• Support & Feedback Collection: Act as the first point of contact for community inquiries, escalating issues to internal teams as necessary. Gather feedback and insights to relay to product and marketing teams.
• Social Listening & Analytics: Monitor discussions, brand mentions, and sentiment analysis across channels to understand trends, address concerns, and provide strategic insights.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute online campaigns, such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), product launches, airdrops, contests, and other promotional activities.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to bring relevant insights to the team and community.
• Event Coordination: Organize and promote online and offline community events, such as webinars, conferences, and meetups.
• Moderation: Ensure a positive and safe environment by moderating discussions and maintaining community guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in community management, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industries.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts, cryptocurrency markets, and DeFi projects. Understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the crypto space.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey complex topics in an engaging, accessible manner.
• Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and community management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Discord, Telegram).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapidly changing industry trends.
• Multilingual: (Optional but a plus) Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the target community.

Preferred Skills

• Experience organizing virtual events and AMAs.
• Proficiency in using crypto-centric community platforms like Bitcointalk, Reddit, or Steemit.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain development and familiarity with DApps
