The Tech & The Challenge

• Develop robust backend systems for cross-chain asset management and transactions.
• Implement smart contract interactions using Solidity and EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Design gas-efficient, scalable architectures to enhance transaction speed and cost-effectiveness.
• Work with TypeScript, Golang, or Rust to build highly resilient distributed systems.
• Innovate on account abstraction and stateful accounts, enabling trustless, seamless user experiences across multiple blockchains.

Senior Web3 Backend Developer Requirements

• 3+ years of backend experience in TypeScript, Golang, or Rust
• Deep understanding of EVM, Solidity, and smart contract execution
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems
• A strong problem solver who takes ownership and delivers solutions
• Passionate about pushing the limits of blockchain and decentralization
• Experience working with Solana, Bitcoin, or JSON-RPC APIs
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
• Previous experience in a fast-moving startup or high-growth tech environment
