What You Will Be Working On

The Accounts and Accumulations Department (AAD) is responsible for providing IT solutions, application system development and maintenance to Accounts Information & Services, Nominations and Accounts closure and Retirement Savings Department. As part of AAD, you will support the development of quality applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and explore Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to automate manual tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance processes. Through this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in application development, leveraging emerging technologies, and contributing to impactful projects that benefit millions of CPF members.

In This Role, You Will

• Have hands on experience in building applications that address real-world challenges for CPF members.
• Exploration in automating processes to speed up development and testing lifecycle
• Explore the use of Generative AI (GenAI) to automate tasks, enhance processes, and innovate within an enterprise setting.
• Work across disciplines with analysts, developers, and testers.
• Gain exposure to enterprise-level development practices and tools while solving impactful problems.
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.

• Development experience, preferably in Java, Spring Batch, Python, UiPath, VB Macro
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding or interest in GenAI usage and prompt engineering.
• Ability to adapt between working independently and collaborating effectively in a team.
  
  
  

Position is on a full-time internship basis from May to Aug/Nov 2025.
