Team Introduction

The Transaction Platform team is responsible for the end-to-end process of TikTok commercialization transactions, including onboarding, billing, payment, credit control, advertiser wallet, coupon, capital capabilities, finance, incentives and other systems involved in the sales process. Our objective is to establish a robust, adaptable, and intelligent transaction platform for TikTok, enhancing commercialization efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Backend development of TikTok's commercialized transaction platform.
• Understand internal users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions.
• In-depth understanding of clients' pain points throughout the transaction process, working with product teams to analyze, define and solve the problem.
• Transaction system operation and maintenance.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python, Go.
• Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
• Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, ownership, empathy, honesty).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with network advertisement or transaction platforms is a plus.
• Good product sense and experience designing and implementing product features.
