What The Role Is
You are responsible for training resource management and training coordination management, ensuring that the front offices are supported for the conduct of trainings in SAF Medical Training Institute (SMTI).

You are responsible for training resource management and training coordination management, ensuring that the front offices are supported for the conduct of trainings in SAF Medical Training Institute (SMTI).
What You Will Be Working On
- Monitor the demand of training resources and arbitrate critical training resources, while also seeking additional resources from external sources when needed
- Lead the team responsible for coordinating training activities and managing training resources, ensuring efficient use and distribution
- Be in charge of maintaining and managing all training equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement safety plans and emergency response procedures
- Maintaining a good understanding of the support required for various types of training conducted
- Balancing resource demands and coordinating effectively across different training needs
- Education in Human Resource, Logistics, Training or any related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in Operations Management or Logistics Management
- Strong leadership skills
- Organised and meticulous, with flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Self-motivated and ability to function independently
