Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Data Analyst who will run OneTruth vertical from a Product standpoint. This is the project that pulls all of the company's services and sources on to one platform, with BI across the company. This originated because of the M&A growth of the several years Responsibilities:

• Filling in gaps and doing discovery
• Be a technical data resource - must be technical
• Updating the data structure - knowing how reports are run, integrating data, and how it should be structured
• Keeping the lights on existing processes
• Being there for Scrum Reviews - disseminating work that needs to be done
• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, insights, and potential issues related to data products
• Defining the vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products, aligning them with business objectives
• Collaborating with different teams like data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data product features
• Deciding which data product features to develop first based on their impact and user value
• Tracking the performance of data products using key metrics and making necessary adjustments to improve their effectiveness
• Analyzing data but also using insights to drive product development and decision-making
  
  

Requirements

• Strong data analysis skills (SQL, statistical analysis, data visualization)
• Understanding of product management principles
• Business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
