The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for contributing in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,  interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role requires a proactive
approach to finding top talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the  recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
2. Determining selection criteria.
3. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
4. Assist in the shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer letter management and visa management of selected candidates.
5. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
6. Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms and company website.
7. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
8. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
9. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
