Business Analyst

Avenga is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our client’s team. The main objective of the project is to implement clinical solutions for drug development and testing. The process covers all stages up to drug manufacturing, and the solution is designed in a modular fashion.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting testing efforts, You will also interact with multiple stakeholders and contribute to change management process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience on BA/Product related positions
• Experience in User story writing and requirements preparation
• BPMN knowledge, at least on a high level - processes
• Competent in Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Veeva Vault
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Talented at interacting with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work within shifted hours: until 10 pm EET time
• English ­ – Upper-intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

• Integrations experience
• Experience in the pharmacology domain

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with all project stakeholders
• Stay current with customer needs and strategies
• Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
• Provide support for testing efforts, including conducting initial smoke tests
• Develop prototypes when required to help visualize and refine business solutions
