Position: Operations Project Manager

Design Agency

(Junior to mid-level)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of design projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure projects stay on track.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between designers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions.
• Track project budgets and ensure profitability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of design processes and workflows.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
