Position Summary:

We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create compelling and intuitive product designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent visual and communication skills, and a keen interest in UI/UX design. You should be a recent graduate from a top engineering design school ((NID, MIT, IIT, etc.). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and user-centred designs that meet business objectives and provide an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

💼Play a key role in shaping diverse product offerings - whether it's an app, website, document, or event space - and embrace the dynamic nature of an early-stage startup.

💼Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

💼Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and create design solutions that meet business objectives.

💼Assist in creating visual designs that align with the company's brand guidelines and enhance the user experience across touchpoints.

💼Assist in designing and maintaining UI pattern libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across our product lines.

💼Keep up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

💪A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and thought process.

💪Graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Graphic Design, or related fields from a top design school (NID, MIT, IIT, etc.).

💪Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

💪Excellent visual and communication skills to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

💪Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout

💪Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

💪A passion for creating innovative and engaging user experiences.
