We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You will drive product discovery, delivery, and stakeholder management, collaborating with different teams to ensure impactful results. If you are organized, communicative, and proactive, this role is for you. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

• Driving product discovery initiatives to identify and validate new opportunities;
• Collaborating with engineering, data science, design teams, and others to ensure efficient product delivery;
• Managing key stakeholders and aligning product strategies across departments;
• Working alongside product marketing, customer support, operations, and legal to optimize product success.
  
  
  

Requirements


Indispensable Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management;
• Proven experience in improving customer experience and satisfaction;
• At least 2 years of experience with B2B corporate products;
• Demonstrated success in managing products that involved partnerships with other organizations;
• Fluency in English
  
  
  

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience tackling technical challenges that required fast learning and deep dives;
• Ability to break historical processes to enhance customer experience;
• Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
