Technical Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise LAN technologies, including VLANs, STP, RSTP, EtherChannel, and QoS.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Wireless networks (e.g., Cisco, Juniper).
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, Juniper MIST).
- Proficiency in routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
- Familiarity with 802.1X, RADIUS, and NAC solutions for wireless security.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud-based network management platforms.
- Experience with SD-WAN and network automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible).
- Certifications: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional), or equivalent.
- Experience with DDI Platform like Infoblox
- Knowledge of Zscaler Internet and Private Access
