Job Description

What Will You Be Doing:

• Manage service levels, incidents, and problem resolution within a hybrid IT environment (cloud and on-premise), ensuring that all IT services meet or exceed client expectations.
• Oversee and optimize IT infrastructure, including network, server, and storage environments, leveraging expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure and virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
• Utilize service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, MS Dynamics) to monitor service performance, manage incidents, and maintain operational documentation.
• Apply ITIL best practices to ensure structured, efficient service delivery and to continuously improve IT operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of IT services, managing the infrastructure for optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and support in network and server management, with an emphasis on advanced networking solutions (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations, implementing DevOps methodologies and tools to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by adopting a customer-focused mindset and delivering excellent service in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure IT services are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational and industry standards, adapting to changing requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance IT service delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or related technical roles.
• ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is required.
• Proven experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of network, server, and storage infrastructure in both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow or MS Dynamics to manage and track incidents and service requests.
• Advanced certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or cloud (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools to streamline service delivery processes.
• A customer-focused mindset, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
