EA & Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Project Manager to provide administrative support to senior executives while also overseeing project management responsibilities. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage executive schedules, streamline internal operations, and drive marketing projects to completion.

To succeed in this position, you should be an excellent communicator, skilled at prioritization, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and clients to ensure efficiency and project success.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners.
• Manage executive email, calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Organize and maintain office files, handle correspondence, and format internal communications (emails, reports, and presentations).
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

• Coordinate and oversee projects to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Support the DevOps department by organizing assets, tasks, and deadlines.
• Own and manage project workflows using ClickUp.
• Track tasks from creation to execution, ensuring accountability across teams.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
• Review and ensure the quality of deliverables, including landing pages, emails, social media content, and other marketing assets.
• Communicate key updates to executives and stakeholders.
