Location: Hybrid – Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Mannheim.

Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per annum

Company Overview: Join a rapidly expanding data analytics strategy division, supporting over 55 entertainment venues across the UK. They drive operational efficiency and inform strategic decisions through advanced data analytics. Their mission is to ensure seamless operations and enhance performance at major events by delivering actionable insights to the operations and finance teams.

Role Purpose: As an Insights Analyst, you will support our data-driven decision-making process across our venues in Germany and the Netherlands. Your primary focus will be on building and utilizing data to optimize business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage data analytics for 6 venues in Germany and 1 in the Netherlands.
• Develop and deliver insights to improve operational efficiency and support business optimization.
• Visit venues regularly to oversee data implementation and provide on-site support.
• Align data analytics with financial and operational strategies, ensuring cohesive execution.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI to generate and present data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with non-data stakeholders, participating in quarterly meetings and senior-level discussions.
• Travel as required to support the needs of various venues and stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Amazon QuikSight, Tableau, Qlik Sense.
• Experience in using data to improve real-world operations, mostly in service industry such as retail, factories or sport venues.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel regularly to different venues.
• Experience presenting data to non-technical audiences.
