Your mission

We're seeking a detail-oriented Annotator (no previous experience in this area needed) to join our R&D team for about 8 hours a week. This role offers flexible remote work arrangements. As our first dedicated annotator, you'll play a crucial role in creating high-quality training and benchmarking datasets for our agentic document processing system.

Responsibilities

• Annotate diverse business documents ranging from simple forms to complex contracts using our internal annotation tools
• Maintain consistent high-quality standards in data annotation
• Provide feedback on annotation tools and processes to help improve our workflows
• Collaborate directly with our R&D team to enhance our document processing solutions
• Document special cases and contribute to the refinement of annotation guidelines
• Participate in regular team discussions about annotation quality and processes
  
  

Your profile

• Fluent English and German communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software tools
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain focus during detail-oriented tasks
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
  
  

Appreciated Qualifications

• Additional language skills (particularly French or Arabic)
• Previous experience with data annotation or document processing is a plus
• Background or interest in business, finance, or related fields
• Prior experience working in a remote environment
