Job Description

  • You will be working on a software system that is the backbone of the OPENLANE Europe organization. The system is handling approximately 100 000 car sales per year, within and across countries, with a variety of regulations and more than 150 partner integrations, while maintaining a unified experience to our buyers.
  • You make and guide technical design decisions within the.NET world
  • You report to the lead of your product team, one of 4 scrum teams across the OPENLANE
  • Europe IT Organisation, in close collaboration with the business and other IT teams,
  • including IT Ops and architecture.
  • As a med-senior developer you will also coach other developers in the team, sharing your experience and using pair programming.

Skills

  • .NET development (C#)
  • Domain Driven Design
  • Messaging tools such as RabbitMQ
  • Service Bus

Potential projects

  • Implementation of a newly bought logistic software package
  • Greenfield project regarding vehicle management
  • Integration team (API)

Additional Information

  • Experience in (must have): .NET/C#, Domain Driven Design and Messaging such as RabbitMQ
  • Consultant will receive a full technical test to code, test etc
