UX/UI Designer

About our role

Our client is looking for a talented UX/UI Expert to join their CX team.

What you will be doing

• Participate in ideation and requirements-gathering workshops.
• Take part in regular design and development meetings.
• Support or create wireframes for various projects.
• Develop clickable (high- and low-fidelity) prototypes.
• Design pixel-perfect key screens for web and mobile, ensuring compliance with web accessibility standards.
• Define navigational structures, sitemaps, flows, and layouts for multiple use cases across different devices.
• Ensure alignment with the brand’s styling and design guidelines.
• Utilize and contribute to the company’s design system, creating new components when necessary.
• Ensure visual and UX consistency across all platforms.
• Present and advocate design solutions to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct quality control by attending front-end development review meetings.

What you bring

• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and pixel-perfect interface design.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and/or Android Material Design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, and English .
