DevOps Engineer

As part of the development and maintenance of critical applications related to infrastructure management and operational planning, we are looking for an Expert Java DevOps. You will join an agile development team operating under the Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework and will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines and optimizing containerized applications.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Java applications using OpenShift.
• Manage and optimize containerized applications in OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes in collaboration with development teams.
• Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure performance to proactively resolve issues.
• Write and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Handle incident management and troubleshooting to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Support teams with expertise on OpenShift and containerized environments.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation after completing a training period.

Required Technical Skills

✅ Mandatory:

• 8+ years of experience in a DevOps role with strong expertise in Java.
• Deep knowledge of OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Elastic Search).
• Knowledge of LeSS / Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
