M365 - (Junior) Business Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Business Analyst to join a dynamic and innovative team. This role will focus on the development, optimization, and testing of applications within a Microsoft 365 environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to a variety of key initiatives that help drive business transformation. As part of a collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills, while playing a key role in the improvement of business processes and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional testing of applications within the M365 environment to ensure quality, usability, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Application Development: Assist in the building of applications using low-code/no-code tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • User Support: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and help analyze business processes to recommend improvements.
  • Training & Documentation: Organize and deliver training sessions for both internal and external users. Create clear documentation for processes, test results, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect and prioritize user feedback to ensure continuous application enhancements and improvements.
  • UI/UX Optimization: Work with the team to enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of applications, ensuring ease of use and optimal functionality.
  • Test Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop structured test programs and strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies. Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus, though not required.
  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch or French and English, as training will be conducted in all three languages.
  • Skills:
    • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Creative mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
    • Organized and structured approach to work with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, software testing, and APIs is preferred.
