Location: Brussels, Belgium

General Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Mobile Site Project Manager, Lease Negotiator to support telecom infrastructure expansion projects in Brussels.

The PM will be the main Customer interface.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the status of New Sites, Move/Replacement Sites and New site acquisition.

The role focuses on securing new mobile sites, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate negotiations, landlord engagement, and telecom permitting processes.

UMTS, 3G, 4G, 5G , Nokia , Ericsson, Huawei

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with landlords, property owners, and municipalities.
• Manage the end-to-end lease acquisition process, including drafting contracts and reviewing terms.
• Liaise with legal teams to ensure compliance with local laws and zoning regulations.
• Work closely with permitting authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments, ensuring technical and commercial viability.
• Maintain detailed records of lease agreements, negotiations, and site acquisition status.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and legal advisors, to ensure timely site deployment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management ,real estate negotiations, site acquisition, or lease management within the telecom sector.
• Civil Works, BoQ experience
• Experience dealing with municipal authorities, landlords, and third-party stakeholders.
• Proven ability to negotiate favourable lease terms and optimize rental agreements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple lease negotiations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with telecom permitting processes and industry best practices.
