VASS BeNeLux, in partnership with the European Commission, is currently seeking an Expert Project Manager/Enterprise architect to work from the European Commission.

The role:

• Alignment of IT with strategic objectives.

• Simplification and optimization of business processes.

• Collaboration closely with stakeholders to address needs.

• Ensure compliance and governance across IT systems.

• Verification that IT solutions comply with business and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, financial

regulations).

• Assessment of new technologies (AI) and their potential impact on business processes

• Driving innovation while managing risks and maintaining system integrity

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand what each stakeholder wants and needs

• Aptitude to foster positive relationships

• Problem-solving attitude

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to prepare clear and well-structured documents, and presentations

• Teamwork and leadership skills, including ability to work in a friendly, organised, and well

structured manner also under pressure

• Ability to apply high quality standards

• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of the Commission’s Erasmus+ programme and its programme guide

• Good knowledge of GDPR and other relevant acts for personal data protection

You have:

• A Master's Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
• PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate
