What is this role about?

• Development of software, including databases, business services, user interface, automation, internal tools, and integration with 3rd party software.
• Supporting business growth by being familiar with the goals of the company and finding ways to improve tools, infrastructure, technology, and software to achieve the goals.
• Active participation in Cross-Functional Team activities including but not limited to ideation, road mapping, and continuous improvement processes (daily contribution to the team proposing ideas, solutions. etc).
• Participation in the planning process, creating documentation, providing estimations, and suggesting efficient solutions to technical and business problems.
• Creating or designing appropriate tools, components, algorithms, development methods, and processes for technical design.
• Supporting the test and production environments and troubleshooting any problems that may occur.
• Advising and helping teammates and other teams as needed.
• Performing any other tasks arising from the nature of the work or the general flow of work.
  
  
  

This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be located in Estonia. Do note that we're not able to offer relocation or remote work for this position.

This role is perfect for you if you are:

• Someone who excels in problem-solving.
• An engineer eager to engage in the full product lifecycle and enthusiastic about working in a product-focused organization.
• You have prior experience in strongly typed languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar. Preferably in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Docker, or ASP.NET.
• Experience with FE, preferably with React.
• Responsible and willing to take ownership.
• Proactive and forward-looking.
• Excellent in communicating in English, both verbally and written.
• You have previous experience in fintech/loan business systems developments (this will be considered as an advantage).
