The team you'll be part of

In the Nokia Technologies People team, you’d have an exciting opportunity to support the business directly by working on interesting HR initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives, and by contributing to the implementation of the Nokia Technologies people agenda in a truly global organization.

We offer a one year fixed term contract. You’d have a chance to combine this traineeship with your studies, as this is a part-time position with an opportunity to work full-time during school breaks.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

What you will learn and contribute to

We are looking for a people focused and positive team player to join our People team and gain valuable experience in developing and implementing various HR initiatives.

As part of our team, you will:

• Support with talent and leadership development initiatives
• Assist with designing and rollout of wellbeing initiatives
• Build and foster a trainee community
• Help develop, coordinate and promote learning and development opportunities like job rotations, mentoring program and our learning collection TECH Academy.
• Help update and develop documentation and communication materials
• Contribute to people and culture projects such as diversity and inclusion efforts, employee engagement surveys, or initiatives aimed at improving our ways of working.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Ongoing studies in the relevant field.
• Proactive and diligent approach to accomplishing tasks, a creative mindset, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn new things and push yourself out of your comfort zone.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
  
  

It would be nice if you also had:

• Great collaboration skills and a strong drive to build relationships as you’d get to engage with a wide range of colleagues both within our business group and entire Nokia people community.
• Ability to work independently in an evolving environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks.
