Your Tasks

• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing expert guidance on HR matters.
• Contribute to manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Support with resolving complex employee relations cases, fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Ensure compliance with German labor legislation and other applicable regulations.
• Identify training opportunities to build individual and team capabilities.
• Continuously review and improve HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience.
• Thorough understanding of German labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a customer-focused and hands-on mindset.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
