Your Tasks
Your Tasks
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing expert guidance on HR matters.
- Contribute to manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Support with resolving complex employee relations cases, fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with German labor legislation and other applicable regulations.
- Identify training opportunities to build individual and team capabilities.
- Continuously review and improve HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience.
- Thorough understanding of German labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a customer-focused and hands-on mindset.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
