As a junior specialist, you will support security assessments, assist with risk assessments, security control audits, phishing attack simulations, and policy development, while also contributing to security awareness training.

What You Will Do
- Assist in information security assessments and risk evaluations for clients.
- Support security control audits to evaluate clients' security measures.
- Help prepare security reports and presentations in English and Lithuanian.
- Assist and drive phishing attack simulations and compile assessment results.
- Help prepare security policies and procedures for various clients.
- Collaborate with security consultants and penetration testers in security assessments.
- Learn about security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations.
- Basic knowledge of information security principles and cybersecurity risks.
- Understanding of risk assessments and security control audits.
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking basics, and cloud services principles (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus).
- Familiarity with security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, or CIS Critical Controls.
- Interest in Lithuanian and EU cybersecurity laws (GDPR, NIS2, DORA is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the field of cybersecurity.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher) and Lithuanian.
- Practical experience in IT security, risk assessment, or compliance.
- Readiness to certifications such as CompTIA+, CISA, CISM, CISSP.
