Sales and Project Manager

I am Eglė Sonata Padagaitė, and I am looking for a Sales and Project Manager for Vilnius region to join our Consumer Connectivity Team at Telia Lithuania. The position is based in Vilnius.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing fiber expansion plans, managing key real estate development partners in the Vilnius region, and expanding fiber coverage in Lithuania by collaborating on the latest housing development projects. As a Sales and Project Manager, you will…

… you will serve as a trusted partner for real estate developers and customers seeking fiber connections for their new homes. You will play a key role in achieving Telia's Consumer business fiber targets by building and maintaining long-term relationships with key real estate partners, planning fiber expansion, and managing daily sales activities through Telia’s sales channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively planning fiber development with key partners and Telia network team, leading and overseeing ongoing development projects, and collaborating closely with sales channels to maximize sales potential. In addition, you will monitor the competitive landscape and work across teams to address market changes and evolving customer needs.

We're looking for…

… a proactive professional who is customer-focused, makes data-driven decisions, and excels at building strong relationships and collaborating with others. The ideal candidate is self-driven, with experience in project management, real estate, IT, or telecommunications service or product sales. A college or university degree is required, along with fluency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English. A valid category B driver’s license is also essential.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2,500 – 3,000 Eur gross plus annual bonus based on your competencies and performance, as well as Telia's results.
