Hiring for a high frequency trading firm based in Amsterdam, which applies a quantitative and systematic approach to investment management, which is heavily reliant on technology. There are a number of Greenfield build outs ongoing across the business in relation to very large data pipelines. You would be a part of the core engineering team interacting with the trading desks and quants. This opportunity offers the chance to build out business critical systems and solve complex problems that will directly impact the firms PnL. The firms culture is very much collaborative and forward thinking.

Skills

• 3+ years C++ experience
• Experience with multithreading
• Compilers: gcc 13 / clang 17
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• An open minded approach to solving complex problems
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline
• Worked on high throughput/distributed systems

Compensation: Base salary up to 125,000eur, no cap on bonus earnings

Location: Amsterdam, Hybrid working model
