DevOps Engineer

For one of our banking clients we are currently seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in streamlining and automating the software development lifecycle, fostering seamless collaboration, and delivering high-quality software products. This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, adaptability in complex environments, and the ability to bridge business and technology needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

As a DevOps Engineer - Authentication, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, maintaining, and improving IAM authentication solutions. Your contributions will ensure secure, user-friendly, and efficient access management for employees and systems.

• Develop and maintain authentication products used by employees, vendors, and partners to ensure secure access.
• Support the transition from legacy authentication services to modern Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Implement, manage, and optimize authentication technologies such as OIDC, SAML, ADFS, Azure Authentication, Security Keys, Passkeys, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Deploy applications and services using Azure Pipelines on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance authentication processes and security measures.
• Work with Azure DevOps, Entra ID Application Proxy, and hybrid on-premise/cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for IAM governance.

Technical Expertise Required:

• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, C#, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with authentication protocols and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Red Hat Directory Server, OpenLDAP, or similar directory services.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools such as Quest One Identity or Microsoft Identity Manager is a plus.
