Your Role: Medior/Senior Backend Developer - AI-Driven Automation

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be instrumental in scaling, optimizing, and professionalizing our AI automation platform. You’ll build high-performance, distributed backend systems, ensuring seamless integration of AI models into customer workflows. Working alongside machine learning engineers and DevOps specialists, you will develop cloud-native services, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and architect scalable APIs for AI-driven automation.

This role provides an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup, where your contributions will shape the future of AI-powered customer service on a global scale.

What is required?

• Experience as a Backend Developer, with expertise in Python, Go, Golang
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
• background in cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
• Proficiency in scaling distributed systems and optimizing backend performance
• knowledge of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases, caching solutions
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience with LLM integrations and AI-driven automation
• Residing in the Netherlands and legally authorized to work here
