Responsabilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative mobile applications using React and React Native, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless development process, from ideation to deployment.
  • Design and build efficient, reusable, and scalable front-end solutions that meet user needs and business requirements.
  • Take ownership of the mobile app's performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth user interactions, and an intuitive UI/UX.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage technical debt while balancing speed, quality, and functionality.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges related to mobile applications and their integration with back-end systems, ensuring optimal performance across devices and platforms.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to the overall technical direction and architecture of the product in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor) to optimize workflows, improve development efficiency, and enhance product capabilities.


Requirements:

Experience: Over 5 years in front-end or mobile app development, with significant experience in React and React Native, preferably in the fintech or trading industry.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in JavaScript, React, React Native, and mobile application development. Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and performance optimization techniques is a plus.
  • AI Tools: Experience with AI tools such as Cursor to streamline development processes and improve productivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the fintech or derivatives trading space is a significant advantage.
  • Product Focus: A user-first mindset and the ability to understand complex business requirements to design and implement high-impact solutions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
  • Tools/Technologies: Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and version control systems. Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms is a plus.
