Product Management Manager

What are we looking for?

We are looking for creative and dynamic professionals with real experience delivering digital products working with agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, scaling frameworks).

As a Managing Consultant - Product Management at Capgemini Invent, you will work closely with clients, business consultants, engineers, product designers, data analysts and data scientists to deliver great products in different sectors and geographies.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead project execution with a focus on results: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Guide and manage team members, develop talent: Provide leadership and support to team members, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate professional growth.
• Develop proposals for new clients: research potential clients, create tailored proposals, and present them to secure new business opportunities.
• Support leadership team in developing new offerings and ideas: Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm new products or services, conduct market research, and assist in strategy development.

Required skills:

• +5 years of relevant experience as digital Product Owner/ Product Manager, working with agile frameworks.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and software development processes.
• Proven professional experience in roadmap definition techniques.
• Proven professional experience in product backlog priorization and management techniques.
• Proven professional experience in the definition of suitable KPIs related to the product outcomes and team predictability (lead-time from idea to an available feature, cycle time for valuating ideas, or customer satisfaction rates…).
• Proven professional experience in user/ customer research, gathering feedback, and running experiments.
• Knowledge in Product Management Tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)
• Certifications inherent to Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in English (min. C1)
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proactivity to implement new ideas and changes.
• Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels.

Highly valuable skills:

• Real experience in scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LESS)
• Experience managing product portfolios in IT environments: portfolio design, planning and execution.
• International experience is a plus.
• Valuable real experience in other frameworks such as Lean, Design Thinking, Change Management, Management 3.0, OKRs.
• Experience in BI tools (Power BI, Eazy BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
• Valuable MBA or Master in Consulting.
